Jessica Malm


Jessica grew up on her family’s ranch in Albin, a small town of about 150 people in the far southeast corner of Wyoming. She is the youngest of four children and a 6th generation rancher.

She went to high school in Burns, Wyoming, where she competed in volleyball, basketball, and track and field, receiving numerous accolades including all region and all state awards in all three sports and was a part of the 2012-2013 Wyoming 2A State Track and Field Team.

She was also involved in National Honor Society, 4-H, Relay for Life, FFA, and Future Business Leaders of America (FBLA), going to nationals on both FFA and FBLA parliamentarian procedure teams. In 2016, she graduated as salutatorian of her class.

Currently, Jessica is in her fourth year at Black Hills State University pursuing a double degree in Professional Accountancy and Business Administration with a specialization in Economics and Finance and a minor in Athletic Coaching. She hopes to sit for the CPA exam upon graduation.

At Black Hills State University, she is the vice president of finance for Beta Gamma Sigma and competes for the BHSU Track and Field team as a weight, hammer, and discus thrower.

Jessica has one dog named Sadie. In her spare time, she enjoys being with her friends and family exploring the great outdoors, hiking, going to the lake, playing with her dog, and riding horses.

Jessica joined the G&H Team for the 2019 summer as an intern.
